- The video opens with Sierra, 18 years old, receiving news from her sister that her father died in the attack from England. We discover that her father was her last parent and it was only her siblings and her left. Her sister is married and helping her husband in the war so she has no one left at home with her anymore.
- I'm sorry Sierra, he is gone
- No! He can't be!
- Sierra dressed up as a man to help in the war because they wouldn't let the women fight. She said goodbye to her animals because they were the only people since her brothers were off in the war. She then mounted her horse and was off to go fight in the war.
- Bye guys I'll miss you when I'm gone
- Ready Boy? We have a long journey ahead
- Sierra arrived in New York and was ready to join the army. But, she had to change her name to Samuel because otherwise, they would know that she was a woman and wouldn't let her fight. All she had left to do was go though the basic training but that would be hard for her to do as a woman.
- My name is Samuel, and I wish to join the American army and fight Britain!
- Why have you come? What is your name?
