- (2)Yes they are taking money from us and they are working for the money what they are taking from us ,they are just doing time pass in the farms
- (1)These labourers are exploiting us, our labour costs are going high ,even after paying so much money our work is not getting done by the end of the day
- (3)Yes, true but nothing happens if we simply talk in between us, we need to solve this problem , for this we need to meet our governing officer to find solution
- (1)These land lords brought us to here from our native places and they are paying very less and not allowing us to go to our native places and torturing
- (2)Yes what are we earning here after bearing all this torture coming far from our families, its very less and even they are forcing us to bring our children for work
- (3)Yeah, These are serious issues we have to find a way to find solution for these problems, probably we might get solution by meeting our Governing officer
- (4)Mean while, What is ILO sir
- (2)Even we have problems from our labourers community because of these land lords like forced labour, less wages etc
- (1)Good morning Sir, there are many problems from our farmers community in our area regarding the exploitation of farmers by labourers ,not working according to the wages they are taking
- (5)ILO is International labor organisation, it is established in 1919 after world war 1 for the welfare of the people, after Treaty of Versailles
- This is how ILO was formed and this ILO will take care of employment welfare laws and agricultural works, workers and their welfare throught the world and every country has to follow the labour laws of ILO.
- (3)Don't worry, there are certain labour and employment laws for the welfare of the people, and we will try to solve according ILO laws as quickly as possible
