On day one, God created heavens and earth. And God said 'let there be light' and it was good so he separated light from darkness.
On day two, God made a vault between the waters to separate water from water. He called the vault 'sky' so there was morning and evening.
On day three, God let a dry ground appear which was land. He also made seas.
On day four, God made the stars to govern day and the night and to separate light from darkness. God saw that it was good.
On day five, God created great creatures of the sea and every living thing which the water teems.
On day six, God made animals and living creatures on land. And God saw that it was good.
