- Other than these as you will now be forming a company, you may arrange funds from Financial institutions, Public deposits, Retained earnings, you may also issue short term debentures
- You might already know about the Bank loans, Trade credit, Bills receivables and payables, Bill discounting, Advances received from customers, Lease Finance, etc.
- I have also heard about commercial papers that we can loans from the public without any security. Is it true?
- Yes, its true, but only large banks or companies issue commercial paper to cover short-term financial obligations
