- This is Cameron; she recently received a promotion to the position of team leader within her company. She was eager to take on this new task and improve the performance of her team. Cameron was aware that being in a position of leadership was not simple, and she would have to overcome numerous obstacles. Due to the fact that her team worked in a highly competitive business where everyone was striving to be the best, she was especially worried about the challenge of competition.
- Building a feeling of togetherness among her team members would be Cameron's first responsibility in her new role as team leader. She was aware that her team would never be able to compete with their rivals if they did not work together to achieve a shared objective. Cameron held a team meeting and shared her goals for creating a strong and cohesive group. She highlighted the value of cooperation in attaining goals and urged her team members to cooperate and support one another.At first, Camerons crew was suspicious. They had never before worked as a team since they had always been more concerned with their own achievements. Nevertheless, Cameron persisted in pressuring her group to cooperate.
