- You were drinking and driving. You will also be appointed a lawyer since you are not able to get your own.
- this shows how you have a right to a lawyer whether appointed or having your own personal lawyer, and also that you have the right to know what you are being accused of.
- Hello, I'm your lawyer now.
- I don't know what I did wrong and I don't have enough money for a lawyer.

- This is the accusers statement about their side of the story.
- I saw this man running out of my store with the stolen items I know it was him.
- This is the defendant's witness.
- This is showing that the person being accused is allowed to call in his own witness but the accuser is also aloud to come and say their part of the story.
