- let us begin with the employer that got sick in your company ,you are going to pay his medical expenses
- That is very impossible sir ,where am I supposed to get the money from

- This happened becuase of your carelessness unless you want us to take this to court

- In this scenario we see that the union representative is hoping that the voices of the employees will be heard.
