  • Hi Steve,I´m doing great! , of course I can do it! , in my case the company what I workfor its just beginning, then I´m gonna tell you a couple of examples.

  • Wework with the medic system of The United States of America, we use to save the patient´s information to check the elegibility to workwith them.
  • -We call to an insurance in the united states and we ask for the patien´s information likehow much is the co-insurance %, how much they has been met, how much is the acumulation, but I our case is a little bit diferent than the united statesdepartaments because we don´t have people with all the knowledge to show us howto do a correct procedure, then we have to create our own ways to do all theprocess in a correct way.

  • At the sametime we work with claims, I mean when an insurance doesn’t want to pay for aprocedure that a pacient needs, we haveto “figth” with them in a legal way to ask for the correct amount payment thenwe gotta have the correct management of papers and med docs to get the paymentotherwise we will not receive any payment because they have enough arguments todeny our request.
  • Sure!... at the beginning we got a worksheet with alot of information that we have to ask for, but to make a easier and a fasterprocess we remaked a new facesheet, the other one asked for no matterinformation...
  • Thatmeans you have to create your own ways to get the information.
