- She served her master who was very kind and very old.
- However the other servants were jealous of her beauty and made fun of her and dressed her in rags.
- Her master gave her a gift-red shoes-as a gift for her beautiful singing voice.One day while she was at the water washing clothes an eagle flew by and snatched up a shoe.She knew this eagle was Horus.
- The eagle drops the slipper in the pharaohs lap who orders a search to find and marry whoever’s foot fits this shoe.
- None of the feet fit.Eventually he found Rhodopis.The slipper fit and they got married!
