- Noah entered Penguin Palace. The penguins inside stared at Noah just like at Creepy Critters. The penguins managed to lead Noah into the icy and snowy tank. Back at Rhinorama, Ella and Richie realized the rhino did not attack them, but might try to help them. A sign said its name was Little Bighorn. It was one of the biggest rhinos. They exited, and Richie saw a group of strange creatures charging at them.
- I wonder which one is Podgy.
- The little animals charged at Richie and Ella. They covered a large stretch of sidewalk and spilled onto the grass. The creatures were as high as someone's ankles and looked like an avalanche of fur. Richie thought they were gophers, but they were really prairie dogs. They led the two kids back the way they came from. As for Noah, once he entered the tank, the penguins started tackling him. He landed in the water, and he felt betrayed. They crashed into him and churned the water in the exhibit.
- Rhinorama
- Ella and Richie were actually led to the prairie dog exhibit (Little Dogs of the Prairie). It looked like a miniature desert. The prairie dogs tried to drag them into the underground part of the exhibit. Inside there was a clear bump that let you see a sandy landscape pit surrounded by steep walls which was where these rodents resided. The tunnel that led to the bump extended and split off into 5 separate ones. The animals led them down a specific one. A few prairie dogs charged at the big bubble-like bump. Once it was absolutely covered by them, it shifted and at last dropped.
