- It’s been a hobby of mine to distill alcohol into spirits so I am going to open up a distillery to share my love for distilling with others!

- It’s taking a long time to get the building constructed! We still have a lot of work to do before we can open the doors to the public.
- Is everything tasting ok?
- Yes! These are some of the best cocktails I’ve every had!
- We will definitely be coming back and we will have to tell our friends about this place!
- Three years ago my dad started a small business. His business was a distillery that made its own spirits. Inside the distillery was a tasting bar with dozens of different types of cocktails all mixed with his product. He created the distillery because he had a passion for sharing his love of making spirits.
- I can’t believe our spirits are nationally ranked. We will have to start advertising this in the local newspaper.

- It took a year to build the distillery, distill enough spirits to get started, and hire/train enough staff to manage the bar. This took lots of hard work and time, most of which was spent away from home during typical family time.
- The distillery opened in spring of 2019. It had a pretty successful start, everyone loved the high quality and taste of the drinks. My dad was super excited to see people loving his product!
- What are we going to do?
- I don’t know yet. We are going to have to figure out a way to sell our product outside of the tasting room?
- The good news about the distillery was spreading around the town. People were coming out to try the new place! After a year of operation the distillery had won several award for the best spirits in the country.
- In spring of 2020 the distillery was forced to close due to a mandated shutdown of restaurants and bars.
- The closure of his business caused lots of stress and financial struggles for our family. There was tension and anger. We had to make difficult choices about what was most important to us during that time.
