- Hilary knocked the door on the Mitchell's house. she hated baby sitting there but she really love the twins Andrew and Adam they were six years old. the house was far away also is one of those creaky houses and it was like a castle it had two sets of stairs in the middle.
- she called the kids down stairs to see her. they were so excited to hear her voice down stairs. they ran on top of each other and tumbled down the stairs and gave her a big hug she said" i missed you guys so much" Hilary sees them only 4 times a month
- the kids were sing song in monchkin voice i think this is part of the ritual. the offered me to dance with them but I said no i cant dance with out music.

- she promise their father and mother to satisfy the kids and do what ever they want. so she banged in each door and spun around on her right leg, and kissed her fingers one after another, she actually had fun doing it. she told her friends about it the next day in school. she secretly called it the spell.
- Mrs, Mitchell came out of the kitchen carrying a pumpkin pie. while wearing a witch costume was a traditional witch. after mr. and mrs, Mitchell went out the twins rushed to the kitchen to get one of the freshly baked chocolate chip cookie. then after eating Hilary counted the remaining cookies, turned out to be thirteen cookies.
- while they were watching the movie Adam lasted through the first hour but was fast asleep in Hilary's lap before the second. Andrew stayed awake until nearly the end. but his eyes kept closing through the commercials. at the final ad, for vitamins, he fell asleep for good, she slowly carried Adam in her arms and went up stairs, after puting Adam in bed she ran down and got Andrew and carried him up as well. He opened his eyes just before they reached the top step. and said" don't forget" he whispered t make him feel better. so she did the spell.
- during the commercial break, she threw off the blanket and walked softly in to the kitchen, Hilary slid halfway across in her socks the plate of cookies was on the counter next to the stove. Hilary looked at it strangely, there were no longer thirteen cookies now they are seven or eight. someone had eaten five of them, but she said that it cant be one of the twins because they were asleep and also they will never disobey her only is she say so.
