- They all see the church on fire
- Johnny and Ponyboy are running into the church on fire after not listening to Dally.
- Johnny and Ponyboy go inside the church saving the kids that are still in there.
- Dally stays outside to lift the kids out of the church and bring them to safety.
- Johnny isn't able to escape so Dally helps and also gets injured, but then police and ambulance come to help and bring them to the hospital.
