- We declared the college to be a public corporation, therefore, making it under the New Hampshire legislature!
- And what makes you have the right to do so???
- Ah- uhhhh.... The New Hampshire legislature...
- No they don't! You guys have also violated the Contract Clause, the vested rights, Constitution, and others that clearly shows that you have no right to declare these things!
- Your Honor, I have proof that my privately funded college is a private entity with a contract set to stone!
- That is true your Honor.
- I want say that the Contract Clause also applies to not just public corporations, but private ones too. Therefore, the legislature cannot interfere with those private parties
