- I played video games for hours i forgot about homework and was lazy and not healthy.

- I realised i was not healthy and i had to change i all ways ate bad foods like candy and pop

- So i started to play video games 30 minutes a day and ate healthy food and vetch tables.

- I started to do home work and sports and get buff. and after eating heathy i was not weak as a Bergger I was strong as a apple.
- i drank milk and got stronger
- NOW IM A STRONG BOY AND THANKS TO HEALTHY EATING I CAN DO ANYTHING and I WAS SO STRONG .
