Hey! Today I'm going to be teaching you how to make a crispy chicken stir fry. This should take around 15 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook.
This section of the video will include a shot of myself talking straight to the camera.

Hygiene
Before we start cooking, it's important to note how to be hygienic in the kitchen. We can do this by washing our hands before and during the cooking process, having a clean bench space, keeping long hair tied back, not having an extensive amount of hand jewellery on and to not sneeze or cough on the food.
I will say what I am saying in this caption and I will show images of equipment, such as the sink shown above. A time-lapse of myself washing my hands can also be shown.

Safety
The next step is to make sure that we are safe in the kitchen. This includes being careful around sharp equipment such as knives, to watch out around hot surfaces and to check that nobody you are giving the dish to has allergies to any of the ingredients.
I will show closeup shots of equipment needed to show the safety precautions to take.
