When I manage I give my employees the right amount of space to where they can complete their jobs. I periodically check in on them to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to and based on these evaluations I will be observing some employees more closely.
Lastly What do you feel is the most important aspect of your job?
The most important part is the employee management because when the restaurant is full of people who work well together we will see that the productivity and other things will greatly improve.
