Hey, have you ever heard of the FITT acronym? It stands for frequency, intensity, time, and type. It's used to create a physical fitness program.
No, I don't think I have. That's really cool, though! I'll have to use it next time I go to make my workout plan!
Hm... this week I'll use the FITT acronym like Jimmy suggested. Frequency- 2-3 times Intensity- 100 lbs Time- 30-60 minutesType- Muscular Endurance

I would have been done doing that but there are so many things that go into consideration when picking physical activities

Well, you have to consider weather, any health conditions, the environment, avalability, reason for participation, personality, and attitude.
