The Rock Cycle

- So you wanna know how I ended up here, huh. Well it all started Millions of years ago....
- I was just peacefully sitting in the riverbank until suddenly I fell into the river and started to weather and erode.
- I started off as a ingeous rick a long time ago on a riverbank far... far... away.
- But this wasn´t the end for me because more and more sediment was piling on top of me and cementing me down.
- Over thousands of years I slowly turned into sediment.
- Then a million years later I was a rock again!! Not really though I had became a Sedimentary Rock.
- It wasn´t getting cooler or any less compact so I could just tell a change was coming!!
- Finally some- kinda fresh air... I turned into Metamorphic Rock.
- Is it getting hotter in here or is it just me?
- It got this hot over millions of years so I had some time to get used to it.
- Now we have arrived at the final stage I had turned into molten Magma I was deep within the Earth at this point.
- At least it can´t get worse than this!
- Then here we are today I actually came out of that volcano right there!
- Im right back where I started an igneous rock once again.
