- In the story of The Pretty Pennies, there is a group of girls who named their club/group The Pretty Pennies and another group that was the Tiger Hunters. Both groups didn't like each other. They both battled through and were challenged to a relay race. It all started when the Pretty Pennies we're going to one of the member's house, the people who went there was Susan, Esther, Bonnie, Luther and Ginny.
- Middle
- Scene: They're going to the store to buy some new shirts from Mr. Putterham.
- Ending
- The Pretty Pennies then went to a place to go buy stuff like shirts. Then, when they got back, they found a letter from the Tiger Hunters. They read it and got competitive, they decided that they would go to that place at the right time; on Saturday and at the schoolyard. They wash their clothes.
- Ending
- Scene: They read the paper that the Tiger Hunters have gave.
- The next day, the shirts had shrunk and couldn't be worn! They told the Tiger Hunters about the store and they went. Mr. Putterham knew what they were talking about but he tried to please and make them understand the fact that his customers would also ask and demand him to give the money back. Suddenly, some people started shouting " GIVE BACK THE MONEY", the pennies and hunters started to join in. Finally, they got their money back from Mr. Putterham.
- Scene: They got their money back and now they're going home.
