  • Trading
  • I have some grain to offer you!
  • And I have silver in return!
  • During the time of war, China split into "Five Dynasties" that struggled for power. Eventually, The Ming Dynasty rose and took control. The Ming's first Emperor was the start of the golden age, but he was strict and had many rules about who to trade with. However, rulers after that helped to further population growth with less rules.
  • Advancements

The agricultural production led to business with many other countries, distributing and receiving many products that aided the advancement of Asia.
  • The trading relationships led to advancements such as the Great Wall of China. Irrigation systems and architecture also improved. Even items such as pottery are still famous today from this age. Silver was also being traded and used across Asia, adding to culture and growth.
  • Overall, Asia's not so dark "Dark Age" led to many cultural advancements we still know today, as well as trading growth and agricultural development.
