- Mr. Jones is called to the office by Kevin to discuss about the Job Phumi wants, but he does not show any remorse and is not changing his mind about what he said, Kevin starts by listening about what he has to say and let him justify his reasons.
- Final Decision
- There wont be no need for a court, I have read and understood the acts, I must say I am impressed with how you dealt with this and I must say I totally looked down on these acts. Apologies to you Phumi
- Kevin tells Mr. Jones that he needs to re think of his decision and he must read the papers he printed for him when they meet he will talk about his decision.
- Conclusion
- Mr. Jones did not seem happy about what he has read. the EEA and LRA contain forceful provision to protect employees from unfair discrimination due to gender and other ground in a workplace or if he does not change his ways then they will have to take to court
- Mr. Jones did you read what does the LRA, 1995 says about the unfair discrimination of gender on work place. is there anything you want us to talk about?
- Mr. Jones agreed that he will let the constitution of the company to change , and the unfair discrimination of gender will no longer be there everyone will be able to get to drive the trucks even if its for females. Phumi wins the case and Mr. Jones ask forgiveness to Phumi.

- Phumi won the case. Kevin as the shop steward performed his rights to make sure that Phumi does not get discriminated because she is a women. it also shows that in 21st century everyone is equal infrom ont the law and everyone needs to be treated the same way withou gender discrimination
