- In this scene, two workers have just arrived to work and are ready to start working, however their working conditions are not really pleasant hence it feels hard for them to do their work.
- Good morning Emma, how are you this morning?
- Good morning Prince, I could be better, but you know how hard it is here.
- In this scene, it has been made clear that both workers are not members of a Trade Union and because of that they have not been able to challenge their superiors about their working condintions. A Trade Union protects the workers, they ensure that workers are fairly treated in the workplace. therefore, it is possible for superiors to take advantage of the fact that employees are not members of a Trade Union.
- That is actually a good point, we need to be members of a Trade Union.
- Don't you think it is risky for us that we are not members of any Trade Union considering how we are being treated here at work?
- In this scene, the workers are planning on being members of a Trade Union which will be able to protect them from any impartial activities that take place in the worklace. Since the workers are being misstreated and threatend for complaining it is important for them to join a Trade union.
- That is perfect.
- Well, I managed to find the contact deatils of a Trade Union Organiser, perhaps he will be able to lead us into the right direction. you should set up a meeting with him.
- In this scene, Prince takes the advice of her co-worker and decides to get in contact with the Trade Union Organiser. The Trade Union Organiser tells Prince to set up an appointment for them to meet and discuss and explain everything she needs to know about Trade Unions, Prince agrees to this and sets an appoinment for the next day.
- Good Morning Mr John, my name is Prince from Interwil Company, I am calling in regards to being a member of a Trade Union.
- In this scene Prince is informing the other workers about her plan to being a member of a Trade Union and she does this to find out how many more workers are interested so that she has correct information to tell the organiser tomorrow.
- I have a meeting with a Trade Union Orgarniser tommorow.
- In this scene, Prince is realising that she has no idea about the rules and regulations of a Trade Union, she is not sure if she is betraying her superior by doing this and realises how significant tomorrow's meeting is as it is the only key to ensuring that her job is safe and that she and other workers are treated fairly in the workplace.
