  • Scaffolding is basically when someone, say a teacher is helping a child learn, for instance is a child is told to pull out all pink blocks out of a color filled bag and oulls outa yellow one with the pink, thats were the scaffolding would come in to help the child realize it is yellow not pink
  • So what is scaffolding?
  • So how does all this actually impact teaching and learning?
  • So with his theory, it has shown teachers that kids have certain levels in which their development is at, which is why they like us to show our work on papers. Once they know our zone, they can helps us out individually, the theory also helps kids have a better understanding of what they are learning by teachers giving help on certain help for each student.
