The Lost Child

- It was the festival of spring. People were walking around in their colorful garments and enjoying the fair. A family of three was excited to attend the fair. The child was all the more excited at looking at the stands with sweets and toys.
- Come child come!
- As they went forward, the child was more fond of all the stands. His mouth watered seeing all the sweets especially burfi. Though his mom was happy to go behind her child, his dad was more tyrant and pacified. He then saw beautiful garments and balloons but he knew his dad would refuse.

- This time the child saw a snake charmer and a roundabout swing. To his surprise, there was no reply. 
- Mom, dad, can i play on that swing please?
- He looked back and he realized his parents weren't there. He was lost. He searched for them and couldn't find them anywhere. He started to get woried and was crying.
- MOM, DAD???
- Later, a man came up to the little boy and calmed him down from his crying. He tried to offer balloons, sweets, the garlands and if he would like the joyride but he didn't want anything. He repeatedly kept on crying for his parents.
- I want my parents!!
- Don't cry my dear! we'll find them as soon as possible.
