- After discussion, all of them went to Ang Cheng Ho in Goh Wee Kian's car, and then Goh Wee Kian wanted them to identified Christina face.After identifying, they all went back to Kampung Bintawa Hilir. Also, Saidina brought Abdul into this plot.

- Later that night, Goh Wee Kian asked the 4 men to meet him Ang Cheng Ho. while waiting for Goh Wee Kian, the four men had drinks at the pub. Suddenly, Tamure received a phone call from Goh Wee Kian asking them to meet him at Batu Tiga behind the Siang Siang Corner

- They arrived there at about 12.30am. Upon the first appellant's arrival, the second appellant went into the first appellant's car and some discussions took place between the two. Again, PW1 denied any knowledge about the subject matter of the discussion.
- Sali, Tamure, and the brother saw Christina went out from the pub as Goh Wee Kian mentioned on the telephone. Tamure ordered Abdul and Saidina to follow Christina .PW1 saw the deceased going to the back of the building with the third and fourth appellants following her.PW1 heard a woman's scream but did not see anything
- Minutes later, the brothers came back where Tamure and Sali waited for them. Sali saw they each had a knife and their trousers were covered with bloodstains. Tamure was calling Goh Wee Kian to meet them at the Bintawa Bridge and they drove off.
- Half an hour later Goh Wee Kian turned up and handed over to Tamure RM1,600 which was later equally distributed between them. After that, all four of them left for their respective homes.
