- You are going to be given a "Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire" (FFMQ). This is a rating scale questionnaire that has 39 items to measure, which include observing, describing, acting with awareness, non-reactive, non-judging, etc.

- As a participant, what am I going to do in the course? What do I learn and how often do I have to go to learn?
- The MBSR course is 8 weeks, 2.5 hours a week. You will learn to be mindful of yourself and aware of the present.

- Are there any medical procedures I have to undergo?
- Yes. You will be submitted into an MRI so we can see the activity In your brain. Before you enter the MRI room, you have to make sure you have no metal objects on you due to the MRI being a very strong magnet that can easily harm you.
- Once you're prepped for the MRI scan, you will lay down in a narrow tube. It is a very confined space and it will be very loud. You have to be very still. It is harmless to you while you are in it.
- The MRI is useful to use because it allows us to see the effects of mindfulness to activity in the brain.

- The FFMQ is graded by how many points you get. The more points you get on it, the more "mindful" you will be labeled.
