- My family celebrates Thanksgiving by sitting at our fancy dining room table and having lots of special foods. We also go around taking turns sharing what we are thankful for.
- Native Americans show thanks every day not just on thanks giving. They take care of their land, by fighting against oil pipes to protect the water they are thankful for. They show thanks by having ceremonies to show to honer their thankfulness and past.
- I will take a walk around the land at Starkey park to honor the land that once belonged to the Kickaapoi.
