- Slaves were kidnapped in Africa
- Slaves being exported for common trade
- Arriving in North America
- African individuals/natives would kidnap and sell other African people from different tribes/villages to European traders beginning in the 15th century.
- Slave Auctioning
- The captured people(slaves) would then be sent off to North America to be traded for raw materials which would be sent back to Africa.
- The Ships Return
- Slaves would then arrive in North America with 25% of their population deceased from disease and dysentery. After this exchange raw materials would be sent off to Africa and Europe.
- Triangle Trade Completion
- Once the slaves arrived in North America, an auction would be held to sell the slaves to farm owners or people who needed cheap and easy labor.
- As the slaves are unloaded and left in North America to be auctioned off, the ships that brought them to export raw materials to Europe.
- This cycle completes the triangle trade going from African slaves to North America, from North America with raw materials, and back from Europe with finished goods.
