- Anna is stressed she will not pass her exam due to her not being able to concentrate. stress is pressure placed on the mind.
- how am I going to pass this test, I studied all night but I'm too stressed to even concentrate....
- umm. no!
- Anna's friend Sally, comforts her before the exam, knowing Anna is still too young to be challenging stress, under 18.
- "Hi Anna are you ready for the exam?"
- its okay, just try your best!
- after the day is over, Anna walks home, avoiding her friends
- Anna doesn't eat dinner and goes straight up to her room, crying herself to sleep, thinking she failed the test.
- the next day at school Anna bumps into her friend, sally.
- hey Anna, I remember once you told me about your stress problem. theres a website called kidshelpline.com check it out, bye!
- I wonder if this is going to work out...
- Anna walked home excited about the new helpline hoping it would help her!
- Anna checked out the website on her laptop when she arrived home, she found some really useful tips and decided to use the website more often each day as it was helping!
- two weeks later...
