- I am going on vacation to see my daughter but need to be seen for a check in appointment to receive my medication.
- Hi Mr. Smith. I understand that I may be able to help you today. What can I do for you?
- I was told that I will have to have a telehealth appointment. I tried to have one once and was unable to be seen. I'm not good with technology
- I definitely can help you with that. I have instructions and can walk you through them step by step to make sure you understand them. Do you have your device with you?
- I have my tablet that my daughter got me. I barely can turn it on
- That is not a problem. We can walk thru all of the steps and make sure you are comfortable with all of them today
- My daughter never allows me to do that. She says that I'm to old to understand
- Rather than me do everything for you to set this up I'm going to have you do it so you can understand it better
- The first thing we are going to do is download the application then we can go over how to use it
- You have more confidence than me that I can do this
- I can't believe I was able to do this. You made it so easy for me to be able to understand it
