- Hi, Phil Helicase here for Flex Replicate, the quick, accurate replicating process!
- To show you the power of my skills to help replicate your buildings, I sawed this building in half, and repaired it only using the help of my gang!
- We, the SSB's, are tetramers that prevent the already split building from re-connecting
- I'm Primase, a RNA polymerase. I make the primer that is needed for the rest of strand replication to occur!
- I'm the sliding clamp, and I hold the Polymerase onto the DNA Strand during Synthesizing!
- Hi! I'm Polymerase, and I extend the DNA chain by stringing Nucleotides together. However, I cannot start making this chain on my own, I first need a primer made by the Primase!
- I'm RNase H, and I remove the leftover primer from the Primase so the Polymerase can keep synthesizing the DNA Strand
- I'm Ligase, and I link the small leftover bits of unfinished DNA together. Poof! All done! Building has now been replicated using Flex Replicate!
