- I would like to wear a beautiful dress and go to the ball!
- You go to the ball!? A fine sight you would be!
- Cinderella lives with her father and sisters. She is constantly put to work.

- Cinderella’s sisters are invited to the ball but she is not.

- When Cinderella arrived at the ball everyone stopped dancing because no one recognized the beautiful girl who entered the room. Everyone began to think she was a foreign princess who was specially invited, even her two stepsisters were fooled.
- Once they made it back to the palace the prince looked her up and down as she was placed in a chair. He then began to make smart remarks about how she was just a maid and why would she think she even had a chance, the prince then yelled in her face “I only bring you back here because you do not disrespect the king’s son the way you did!” Cinderella was gutted, ashamed and felt worthless by his hurtful words. She tried and tried not to cry but she couldn’t help it her tears just wouldn’t stop flowing down her cheeks.

- As they made their way into Cinderella’s house one guard held her down while the other put the glass slipper on her. Cinderella was kicking and yelling but they wouldn’t let go of her, when they knew the slipper fit the guards picked her up and carried her back to the palace.
- The prince searches high and low and finally finds Cinderella.
