  • Eternal Conflict: Man V Man
  • "Thou wretched boy that didst consort him here. Shalt with him hence"
  • "This shall determine that."
  • Internal Conflict: Man V Self
  • "Both you and I, for Romeo is exiled. He made you for a highway to my bed, But I, a maid, die-mainden -widowed. Come, cords-come , nurse. I'll to my wedding bed, And death, not Romeo, take my maindenhead!"
  • External Conflict: Man V Society
  • "No sudden mean of death, though ne'er so mean, But "banished" to kill me? "Banished"? O frair, the damned use that word in hell. Howling attends it."
  • This is a example of Man V Man since it shows a person confronting a direct opposition. The driving force of the conflict is Tybalts hatred of teh idea that Romeo is part of his family now.
  • This is an example of Man V Self because it demonstrats a person having conflicts with their oppinions and thoughts. Juliet is contemplating her reason to live since Romeo is banished and tybalt is dead.
  • This is a example of Man V Society cause it shows how a character has a strong belief against the majority of the community. Romeo feels as if banishment is a word of hell causing him to be opposed to it.
