- You should be open-minded about people culture and history and grow from that instead of closing yourself just because you do not have the same beliefs or another reason like this. You should be open to new people even if you have a completely different history, it doesn't mean you can't write the next part of history together.

- You should be reflective. Being reflective is important. If you reflect on what you have done you will know what you did right and what you did wrong and that is how you learn. If in a project you did some things that did not work then next time maybe you could do something different and maybe that will work better. Being reflective can be of great help

- Cintia is a risk taker. The program hopes to make you a risk taker as well. Being a risk taker is important because by taking risks you can achieve great things. Sometimes you need to take some risk to change things, many of the people who made a real change in this world had to take risks to make it happen. So don't be scared of going out of your comfort zone, you might discover something amazing or achieve something amazing.

- Being caring is important. Care about others not being selfish. Caring about someone can change a lot in that person's life because they know someone is there when they need it and should return what you give. And caring doesn't necessarily mean caring about people but maybe caring about a subject or a thing. You could care about other people's rights and that is caring.

- The program hopes to make you a caring person.
- Cintia is a thinker.
- Thinker
- It's important to be a thinker because in your everyday life you will need it often. Thinking before you act is important and think about the decision you make. You should be able to think critically, to analyze and take responsible action for complex situations.
