In this story, we learn the process of how God created the Earth. The story goes in order of what God created each day over the span of 7 days. In the beginning, the earth was formless and empty, so God planned on how He would create the world.
On the first day, God separated the light from the darkness and named them "day" and "night". On the second day, he created a dome to separate the land and the sky.
On the third day, God created the land and named it "earth" and named the water "sea", then filled the land with all kinds of plants. On the fourth day, God created lights to light up the Earth. He created the sun for the day and the moon and stars to light up the night.
On the fifth day, God created us! He created human beings. He made both a male and female so they could have children and left the humans in charge of all the animals and all of the land.
On the seventh day, God was pleased with what he had made and rested. He blessed the seventh day and made it holy.
There is only one God and He is responsible for creation. He made everything good and blessed us with all of his creations. It's important that we take care of our world and protect it by recyling, saving electricity, no littering and so much more. He granted us this beautiful world and it's important we take proper care of it!
