- All about friends and skateboarding in Los Angeles in the mid 90's
- Climax
- Stevey is just a normal 13 year looking for friends. He lives in a troubled home with hos 18 year old jerk brother.
- Falling action
- Stevey thought that getting a skateboard will make him cool. He did exactly that and entered a skate shop called Motor. Meanwhile Stevey was looking for a skateboard, there were 4 teenagers sitting on the bench in the store. They offered Stevey a board.
- Resolution
- All between that Stevey, Ryan, Fourthgrade, Dope and Ruben all did bad things together. Ruben has been getting more jealous because Stevey is becoming more popular in the group. Ever since Stevey joins he learns how to smoke and drink alcohol. They are a bad influence on him.
- All the boys decide to have a huge competition. They invited everyone in back of the skate shop. All the skaters and some sponsors from Vans to Santa Cruz. During all of this Ryan decides to talk to the sponsors. Ryan wants to make it out of the hood and make a living off of skateboarding. Dope is really drunk and messes up Ryan's chance with the sponsors.
- After the event all the boys are bummed out especially Ryan. Everyone gets into the van so Dope can take everybody home. Nobody knew that Dope was drunk meanwhile driving.
