- While completing a visit with regular patient, Mr. Davis, Nurse Amy Hawkins asks about his usage of the patient portal he signed up last visit.
- Mr. Davis, I see that you haven't use the online portal, may I ask why?
- Well, Amy I find that it is not as simple as some of my other favorite websites.
- Oh, can you describe the issue and I can see if I can help in any way?
- The navigation on the site is not as simple as I like, or I might not just be as familiar with what I need to do or get to where I need to be.
- I know we have worked to keep a simple navigational structure, which means being able to access menus in a single click. Also we try to keep the return function and home navigation readily accessible. But it is also equally important that we properly introduce the functions to you as well so you can familiarize yourself with them and know them on your own.
