- "i will help you get out of here." said a voice when the fake doctor was gone. when Alfred and Maddie looked to see where the voice was coming from, they saw an old man! "can you do what we can do?" asked Maddie. "yes," said the old man. "you guys either got licked by someone who has it or ate something that made you guys had it." "how do we control our powers?" asked Alfred. "just think of what you want to turn into. let's turn into rats and slip through!" exlaimed the old man.
- so the three turned into rats and slipped through the bars. "oh no!" squeaked Alfred when they found themselves in a different room "our house was burned down by the fake doctor! we now don't have a house!" "look, on the tv it says that there is a mansion on sale! i have just enough bucks for it!" said the old man.
- "wow! this is a great house!" said maddie when they bought the house and turned back into themselves. "can i live with you guys?" asked the old man. "sure!" said Alfred. what is your name though?" "my name is jack." explained Jack.
