- Bunker Hill was the first battle of the American Revolutionary war, it took place right outside of Boston. The Americans had the advantage of being on top but ran out of bullets for there guns, which lead them to re treating back to there camp. Even though the British won the Americans put up a good fight proving this would be a long war.
- Saratoga
- Ow!
- New York was the second battle of the Revolutionary war, it took place in New York. The British attempted to surround the Americans in New York, but after fighting the Americans left to New Jersey. Which left the British in full control over New York.
- Valley Forge
- Trenton took place in in New Jersey, the day after Christmas. The American surprised the British Hessians and won the battle. It was a Morale Booster for the Americans to defeat the British, because now they had more confidence that they had a chance to win.
- Yorktown
- We are trapped!
- Saratoga was the fourth battle, it took place in New York on the Hudson River. The British were expecting re enforcements which did not arrive. The Americans won a decisive victory when the British surrendered. Once the French heard that the Americans won they began to help supporting them.
- Valley forge was not a battle but both the Americans and the British struggled, this was all going on outside of Philadelphia. Many diseases were going around killing people, but also the Americans were low on supplies and food, leading them to eat random things like shoes and each other. This was a cold and hard winter for both.

- The Battle of Yorktown was in Virginia, and was the final battle of the Revolutionary war. The British were trapped on land by the Americans and by the French in the water routes so they were forced to surrender, and give the Americans there Independence. The British were not happy with this result and lost all hope.
