Lastly, Islam's impact is that it influenced society and altered the course of development in history and in today 's contemporary world.

- Now, some of the main ideas of christianity are to love god, love your neighbor as yourself, forgive others, ask god for forgiveness of your sins, love your enemies and repentance of sins. Some achievements are that wehave made contributions to human progress in a broad and diverse range of fields, both historically and in modern times, including thescience and technology, medicine, fine arts and architecture, politics, and more.

Christianity in general affected the status of women by condemning marital infidelity, divorce, incest, polygamy, birth control, infanticide and abortion.
