- We all have to learn how to resolve conflict. Conflict will happen to everyone at some point and we have to learn to deal with it. We will show how to deal with conflict in this scenario.

- You are walking down the hallway at school and run into someone. They get upset that you ran into them. These are the stepson how to resolve the situation.
- First step: You need to listen to what the other person has to say. If they are upset maybe they need to be heard to further figure out what is wrong.
- Why did you run into me?? Don't get in my way!!
- Second step: You need to think about the situation and try to see the issue from the other persons point of view. They might have a valid reason and even if you do to you can still sympathize for them.
- Why are they upset? How can I understand how they feel? What should I say to resolve the issue? What can I say to make them calm down?
- Third step: You need to express how you feel to the other person on how you feel and see if they can understand and forgive you on the issue.
- Now that is how you preform Conflict Resolution and solve your problem!
