  • Chapter 2 scene 1
  • Please... Please...
  • Be asleep...your eyes will open and your hand will move...
  • Chapter 2 scene 2
  • I have to fly this plane.
  • Chapter 2 scene 3
  • Hello? Is anybody listening to this? Help! Somebody help me! I'm in this plane and I don't know... I don't know..
  • HELP!!! HELP!!!
  • Brian can do nothing. The plane was still flying, but the pilot is not moving. Brian wanted to help, but he does not know what to do. He touched the pilot on the chest, and he could feel nothing. There was no heartbeat, no breathing. The pilot was dead.
  • Chapter 3 scene 1
  • Please tell us what's wrong. What's your flight number and location? Over.
  • He had to try and fly the plane. He had to help himself. He put his trembling hands on the control wheel. From reading books, he knew that you always pulled back on the wheel. He pulled back on it and the plane went up too much. He pushed it in and the plane went below the horizon. He tried again and the plane became steady. He looked out the window but he did not know where he was going.
  • Chapter 3 scene 2
  • This isHOPELESS!
  • He remembered the radio. The pilot had been trying to use it. He did not want to touch the pilot, but he had to get the headset. He turned it on and tried to get help. No one answered. He was afraid, and now panic came. He started to cry and scream.
  • Chapter 3 scene 3
  • Finally, someone answered Brian on the radio. They asked him his location and his flight number, but he didn't know anything. Then, his signal was lost and he could not hear anything anymore. He tried to use the radio again and again, but he heard nothing.
  • I am Brian Robeson and we left New York to go to Canada. I am in a plane and the pilot had a heart attack. I don't know how to fly the plane...
  • After half an hour, he still heard nothing. He threw the headset on the floor. It's all so hopeless. He felt like a prisoner inside the moving plane. No one can help him now. Nothing can help him now. If he runs out of fuel, the plane will stop moving and will crash to the ground.
  • He has to find a clearing so he can try to land the plane. But all he can see are trees, and they will tear the plane apart. He needs to find a lake. Easy to say, hard to do. Easy to say, hard to do. He tried to call for help on the radio again, but no one answered. He tried to be ready. But then, the engine died, and it was quiet. Brian pushed the nose of the plane down and threw up.
