- martin sees the lady and is frightened he doesn't want to get in the elevator with her but its too late now it would be rude if he stood there till the door closed

- the lady stares at him the whole time and everytime he gets on the elevator she gets on too
- once martin gets off the elevator she knows where he lives
- martin falls down the stairs and BOOM breaks his leg
- the fat lady knows his name
