- King Arthur has a dream that Sir Gawin warns him that he will die if he fights with Sir Mordred before his best friend Sir Lancelot arrives.
- Sir Gawin: I've come to warm you of your death! Beware!
- Help, help!
- King Arthur demands Sir Bedivere and Sir Lucan to ask for a peace treaty with Mordred so that battles with be stopped for a month to avoid his own death.
- Aye, we need to make a treaty with Mordred because I dont want him killing me.
- Mordred and King Arthur meet for a peace treaty, but one of the knights is bitten by an adder, so he draws out his sword to kill it.That creates a misunderstanding and both sides begin to fight. Many men die on both sides.
- There is a Sword!
- What a terrible day!
- King Arthur stabs Mordred in his side, and then Sir Mordred stabs king Arthur in the head. Mordred dies. SIr Lucan views robbers raiding from the dead bodies on the battlefield. Lucan and Bedivere carry King Arthur away. Lucan dies when his guts spill out.
- TRAITOR!
- King Arthur instructs Bedivere to throw his sword, excalibur, into the lake to return it to the Lady of the Lake. He betrays King Arthur and lies about doing it twice since he thinks it is too valuable to be thrown into the lake. He finally does it on the third try and watches as the Lady of the Lake reaches out to grab it .
- It is done!
- King Arthur is carried away to the Isle of Avalon by the ladies of the barge as he dies. He promises that he will return as King when Britain needs him most, but if he does not return, he ask Bedivere to pray for his soul. Sir Bedivere is the only survivor of the battle. He is crying and wonders ho he will go on without a King. SIr Bedivere find Kiing Arthur's Body has been buried and the hermit who is the Bishop of Canterbury is praying over his body. Bedivere dedicates his life to serving the hermit.
