Sam asks Ava for assistance in responding to a customer inquiry, but Ava refuses since she has a deadline to meet and doesn't want to waste time. Since then, Ava and Sam have been at odds. Ava knows that what she did was extremely wrong of her and makes an effort to apologize.
- I'm having so much trouble trying to handle this customer. Should I ask Ava for help?
- I can't get distracted I need to finish this before it hits the deadline.

- No, I can't Sam, I need to finish this. I am not trying to waste any time.
- Try to treat each other with respect throughout the talk and realize that it does not imply that you're going to love each other at the end of it. At the end of the day, your goal is to find a solution so you can go forward with the project or plan you need to execute.
- Hey Sam, I am so sorry for acting that way towards you, I was just trying to finish my work before 12.
- That's fine Ava, I understand. I am also sorry for coming to you at the wrong time.
