- Hey guys, I'm going to call it quits. My ankle is hurting really badly.

- Mom, I was at the court playing ball with Rick and John and suddenly my ankle starting hurting really bad.
- Hey sweetie, what's the matter?
- Well Tim, your ankle is certainly not broken, but it is badly sprained. I want you to walk with these crutches for about 2 weeks until you're able to walk comfortably on it. Mom, in the mean time, I'm going to prescribe an insole for Tim's shoes to track the progress of his injury to ensure no further damage or surgery is needed. Tim, I will see you in about 6 weeks and hopefully everything will be good.

- Well Tim, according to the insole reader, you sure are one active little kid, lol... everything looks great. No need to worry about anything for now, however you can continue to wear the insole and get one for the other foot. The insoles have great benefits, especially as you get older. You and I can keep better track of your health. But for now, you are good to go kid!
