- Me and Lina are good messenger friends. We were walking back to our homes it was already late and we were in a hurry when we bumped into Lizzie and all her groceries fell on the ground, with it all the canned foods.We were shocked because we haven't seen canned foods in Ember for a while.
- Lina has been caught

- I better think of a way to escape.
- You are in big trouble Lina!
- Lina invited Clary to her room to show her the instructions to escape Ember. The instructions were chewed up and we tried to puzzle it and find out the words in the paper. Clary was confused and Lina was determined to escape Ember.

- Doon was packing when he heard two guards looking for him wanting to arrest him after all the awful lies he said about the mayor .He tried to finish packing up to tell Lina what had happend. Without getting caught, when the guards were gone he ran away.
- Doon's and Lina's escape.
- In this scene the two guards caught Lina and sent her to the Mayor.The Mayor is mad about all these awful lies Lina had said. While the mayor is talking Lina is thinking of a way to escape from here.
- In here Lina Doon and Poppy are about to get on the boat heading out.Lina is scared the plan wont work out and that they would fail, while Doon is confident that this will go to plan and that they will escape Ember.While Poppy is confused unsure what is happening and where they are going.
- In this scene Doon and Lina had escaped Ember and were exploring the new city that was above Ember.They were shocked in what they have just seen and were shocked. And confused how the sky was blue some animals they have never seen before and they were happy.
