- Soc's are the west side rich kids and greasers are the east side poor kidsGreasers include Ponyboy and Johnny the two on the right, Darry and Sodapop (pony's brothers) Dallas(the gang rascal) two bit and Steve (soda's best friend sort of a side character.Soc's include Bob and Randy(left side) and Cherry valance(girl in the middle) plus a bunch of side characters.

- Since Soc's and Greasers don't like each other that get in fights a lot.Soc's beat up greasers for fun. Greasers have envy for the Soc's because they have nice cars while the greasers don't have much.
- Falling action 1
- Ponyboy in this scene starts to get drowned by the Soc Bob, but Johnny stabs Bob to save Ponyboys life

- Today we are here for the murder of Bob....
- After running away from town, (being wanted criminals for Bobs death) Johnny ended up on his death bed after saving kids lives from a burning church.
- Not Johnny, Said Dallas(the Person who was proud of Johnny)
- Dally losses it after Johnny's death and gets shot by a police officer.
- After some things got resolved between soc's and greasers after the falling action, one more thing has to be settled.Who's in trouble from Bob's death.Ponyboy was also worried that he and his brothers might have to get split up.
