- As we all know our 2nd semester is coming to an end. So i would like each and everyone of you to come infront and reflect on the semester. Starting with Zizipho

- Good morning Ms. K and my colleagues. Umm so I would like to take you through my reflection for this semester...
- ...Things have been a little difficult. I've been trying to chill out but I've let go of myself and became someone I did not recognize.
- The Group debate really pushed me to get my act together as other members depended on me to do my part. And I was able to get back to my old disciplined self.
- What happened to me?...why am i like this?
- We were taught specifically by our tutor that critically analysing is to not only tell the reader about the negatives/ positives but to give a well rounded and sound analysis.
- We then critically analysed the Black Gold documentary. Not only was it an eye opener into the harsh working conditions like pay for the Ethiopian farmers. But also a task to put our learning to practice.
- I will use this crucial information for when i enter the working world in decision making, and even right now in discussions between colleagues and friends.
- My argument is solid yesssss, I'm going to get this decision approved!!!
